Shed Leveling Depends on the Base
Leveling work is limited by what is happening underneath the shed. We inspect support points, perimeter contact, floor movement, and visible settling to determine whether adjustment will hold or whether base correction is required before stable results are possible.
Why Sheds Go Out of Square
Ground movement, drainage issues, seasonal freeze-thaw cycles, and weak base prep can shift shed geometry over time. As the footprint changes, walls and roof sections rack, which creates door-gap changes and latch problems that look like hardware issues.
What Can and Cannot Be Corrected
Minor to moderate alignment issues can often be improved with careful adjustment. Severe rot, broken flooring, large settlement, or heavily distorted framing may limit correction. We provide realistic expectations so you know what improvement level is practical.
What to Send Before Scheduling
Please send photos of each shed side, base perimeter, interior floor, and door gaps. Include closeups of sinking corners or cracks, plus access-route photos. This helps us judge correction options and bring the right tools for leveling work.
