Massage Chair Repair Starts With the Symptom
Repair planning begins with clear symptoms: no power, stuck movement, remote/controller failures, footrest issues, roller movement problems, airbag performance issues, and intermittent wiring or sensor behavior.
Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostics
We inspect wiring, connectors, sensors, switches, motors, remotes, control boards, airbags, and roller systems. Where appropriate, diagnostics include electrical testing with a multimeter and step-by-step isolation of likely fault points.
Customer-Supplied Parts
We install customer-supplied parts when compatibility is confirmed and the chair is serviceable. Model matching and manufacturer-specific component revisions matter, and additional diagnostics may still be needed before or after installation.
What to Send Before Scheduling
Send brand/model, exact symptom, error codes, photos, short video of the issue, remote/controller behavior, power status, and a list of parts already ordered.
